ASHLAW TOURS ( hereinafter called the AGENTS ) accept instructions only on the following terms and conditions.

BOOKING AGENTS

The AGENTS are not carriers or keepers of hotels, restaurants, inns, boarding or lodging houses. The AGENTS will arrange tickets, bookings and reservations only as agents for their clients, who accept the same subject to these terms and conditions and those of each of the concerns ( hereinafter called the TRAVEL SERVICES ) with whom the AGENTS may make arrangements for their clients.

LIABILITY

The AGENTS are not liable, howsoever the same may arise, for cancellation of journeys, deviations, delays or failure to provide seats, berths or facilities for carrying or storing luggage or for failure to provide accommodation. The AGENTS are not liable in the event of any alteration or change of any kind made by any of the TRAVEL SERVICES following the acceptance of any booking by them. Clients are responsible for any increase in charges which the TRAVEL SERVICES may be entitled to claim. The AGENTS, their servants and agents, do not accept any responsibility for any act, omission, default or neglect  of themselves, their servants and agents of  TRAVEL SERVICES for any injury, damage or loss to persons or goods whatsoever and howsoever the same may be caused ; and they do not warrant, and are in no way responsible for the accuracy of any information given or statement made by their servants and agents or given or made by the TRAVEL SERVICES, their servants or agents.    

PAYMENT

The AGENTS will negotiate for tickets, bookings and reservations only on payment of a deposit. Such deposits will be accepted in part payment of the total costs incurred by clients, but receipts of a deposit does not constitute acceptance of any booking until the full amount has been paid either in cash, bank guaranteed cheque or credit card. In the event of any Travel Service canceling any arrangement made on behalf of a client, the Agent's liability to refund the amount of any deposit paid by the client to them, shall be subject to a deduction of such sums, if any, as the Travel Service may be entitled to.    

CANCELLATION

  Any cancellation made by the client must be in either writing or e-mail and the client shall be responsible for all expenses incurred by the AGENTS in respect of making the bookings and canceling the same and for all payments which the TRAVEL SERVICES may lawfully require by reason of the cancellation. The AGENTS will repay to the clients any monies held by them after deducting the said expenses and payments and in any event shall not be required to make repayment until they have received payment from the TRAVEL SERVICES of such monies as may be due to the client following such cancellation.     

  RIGHT TO MODIFY ARRANGEMENTS

 AGENTS reserve the right to modify any arrangements required by, or made on behalf of clients and to cancel the same without notice.
